14-day return window for eligible items. Here's how it works.
How to return an item
- 1Sign in to your account and open the order under "My Orders".
- 2Click "Request return" next to the item you want to return.
- 3Choose a reason and (optionally) attach a photo.
- 4We confirm by email and schedule pickup or share a drop-off location.
- 5Once the item is received and inspected, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Eligible for return
- Unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- Accompanied by the original invoice or order number
- Same condition as received — including all accessories
Not eligible
- Custom-cut, custom-fabricated, or special-order items
- Bulk industrial orders confirmed at delivery
- Items damaged through misuse or after installation
- Sale and clearance items (marked at the time of purchase)
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Card payments may take an additional 2–5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping cost.
