How do I place an order?+
Browse the catalog, add products to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or sign in for faster future purchases.
Can I order in bulk for a construction project?+
Yes. For volume orders, contact our sales team via the Contact page to discuss pricing and dedicated delivery.
Do I need a commercial account?+
No. Both individuals and businesses can order. B2B customers can add their CR and VAT numbers in account settings for ZATCA-compliant invoicing.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
Mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery (COD) within Saudi Arabia. All transactions are processed through secure PCI-DSS certified providers.
Is VAT included in the price?+
Yes. All displayed prices include 15% VAT. A detailed VAT breakdown appears on every invoice.
Will I receive a ZATCA-compliant invoice?+
Yes. Every order generates a ZATCA-compliant e-invoice with QR code, available in your account or via email.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery is 1–3 business days within Riyadh and 2–5 days nationwide. Bulk and project orders are scheduled separately.
Do you ship outside Saudi Arabia?+
We currently ship within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia only.
Is there free delivery?+
Yes. Orders over SAR 1,500 ship free within Saudi Arabia. Smaller orders include a calculated shipping fee at checkout.
