We accept the following forms of payment: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Mada), and bank transfers for bulk orders. Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped. All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include 15% VAT as required by Saudi law. For bulk orders and B2B transactions, custom payment terms may be negotiated.

We ship throughout Saudi Arabia with estimated delivery times of: • Riyadh: 1-2 business days • Jeddah, Dammam: 2-3 business days • Other cities: 3-5 business days Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom-cut or made-to-order products cannot be returned. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned product.

All steel products are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product and manufacturer. Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, or damage from accidents or natural disasters. For warranty claims, please contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

In no event shall Prefect Steel or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Prefect Steel's website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service.

The materials appearing on Prefect Steel's website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Prefect Steel does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary.
